Dralon is a dry and wet spun acrylic fiber. Very similar to cotton yarn, perfect for any type of leather, this material is used in many items, from outdoor furniture to clothing for babies and children.

It is a very soft fiber to the touch and the garments are light and warm at the same time. It protects from the sun's rays and is very durable and wear resistant.

Characteristics of the dralon

One of the most relevant characteristics is that it is a hypoallergenic fabric, i.e. there are no known cases of allergy to this fabric. It is completely tolerated by babies and children and by the most sensitive and delicate skin.

The dralon, however, needs some specific care to make the garments more resistant:

• The garments must be washed with cold water
• It is necessary to use a neutral detergent and in no case bleach
• Gentle washing is recommended.
• This fiber does not present the need for ironing
• It is recommended not to hang clothes in the sun, especially whites
